Please follow the  7-day Plan the best you can, try to stay on it. After all it's only 7 days....The follow a Low and Medium GI Diet...:)

Eat when you are hungry as much as you want. This soup contains almost no calories, the more of it you eat, the more weight you lose. During the diet you need to take each day at least 1 cup of this soup. If you only eat this soup for a long time, can cause malnutrition.

If you have not smuggled you will be lost. At the end of the 7th day between 9 and 15 pounds But because everyone's digestive else works, this will affect diet everyone else. If you are more than 15 pounds lost let this diet are at least 2 days before continuing. This 7-day diet can be used as often as you like.


There are some things that you should definitely  have to say  “NO’……

No bread, except 100% whole wheat. 
No alcoholic beverages.
No carbonated drinks.
No Sports drinks.
No Diet drinks.
No Diet Pills.

Tea without sugar.
