How to remove toxins from the   colon using a simple homemade juice.

Wash each ingredient well and place in a juicer or blender. Process well and then use a sieve to remove the fibres and then drink.

You will want to drink this twice per day for at least a few weeks. 

7. This will not only cleanse your colon, but also boost your immunity against parasites, diseases and infections.

Foods That Cleanse The Lungs Naturally


How to clean the arteries naturally with a list of healthy foods 

1. Nowadays we eat lots of food rich in unhealthy fats. This causes our arteries to become clogged with bad cholesterol.

2. This is also known as LDL, or plaque. This can cause some major problems for our bodies, with a higher chance of having a heart attack or stroke.

3. We also gain a lot of weight as our bodies have trouble in flushing away these unhealthy fats.

4. In order to change this, we should begin to eat specific healthy foods which will boost our health, and allow the body to begin healing itself.  

We have chosen some of the healthiest foods which you can use to begin cleaning your arteries right away.

Honey. You can replace sugar in your diet with honey, as this has been shown to keep cholesterol levels in check. It also tastes positively delicious.

Garlic. This super food contains a potent compound called allicin, which lowers cholesterol and heals many underline infections. 

Watermelon. This tasty fruit will increase blood circulation, which is exactly what you need to flush away the plaque in the arteries.

Fire Cracker Chicken Recipe


Fire Cracker Chicken Recipe

Now this is where it is at when it comes to spicy chicken. Not only a hot spicy sauce but an out of this world  Fire Cracker Chicken.

Just try this easy dish and see if I am right, from its tender chicken pieces to the fiery hot palate. I like to serve this dish with some type of a starch side dish like I have here on the video. I find that this rice just goes good with the spice and it just blends in perfectly. 

Try it and let me know just how hot did you make it and did you do anything different.

Recipe;

Chicken breasts - 1 kilo (2.2 lbs.)

1/4 Cup or more - Corn starch
1/4 Cup - Cooking oil
1/4 Cup - Brown sugar
2 Lg. - Eggs



Sauce 

1/3 Cup - Unsated butter
1 Tsp. - Garlic powder
3 Tsp. - Ketchup
1/4 Cup - Hot sauce (or more)
1 Tbsp. - Hot pepper flakes (or more)
1/4 Cup - White wine vinegar

Starting it off right with two nice portions of chicken breasts. Here I am using about 2 kilos, it is slightly over two pounds. 

Cube them really any size you would like but I like them a bit smaller in order to be "Bite size". 





Go ahead and make your day, this is where it counts. Make it as hot as you want.

Here I am using "Piri Piri" an aged Portugues hot sauce. Now make it your way, add whatever hot sauce you want to make you happy. Mix up two or three sauces, and see what happens. 


When you are finished with the sauce it should look like this. Thick and creamy. In this way, it will stick to the chicken better and give a nice pleasant appearance and taste. 

When it sticks to the pan like this then you know it is done. Be careful in order to not let it burn. 


In know that it will get messy when you are dipping the floured chicken into the egg then into the hot pan. But, stick to it and it will all come together. 

Remember that "practice makes perfect. 


Please make sure that the spicy sauce is good and hot before you add the chicken. I want it to glaze on it and to adhere to it. Only in this way will it turn out smooth, thick on the outside and tender inside.

Betel Leaves: Benefits and Uses


The health benefits and uses of betel leaves

1. Betel leaves have been used since ancient times as a natural medicine. They are often chewed to trigger some health benefits. 

2. These leaves come from the betel vine, a thin stemmed plant native to Southeast Asia and are used in Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam.

3. They have a heart like shape with a shiny surface, and are often offered to guests before or after a meal in India.

4. They contain healthy compounds which can cure different problems in the body, such as treating a painful headache.

5. The leaves contain healthy doses of Vitamin C, Thiamine, Niacin, Riboflavin, Carotenes and Calcium. 

6. Chewing them will also freshen the breath after a meal and aid the digestion process of food.

7. A few leaves can be added to some boiling water with a little black pepper to treat stomach pain. This is often used for young children.

8. They can be made into a paste by muddling with a pestle and mortar. This can be applied to boils and pimples to clear them.

9. You can also apply this to aching joints and muscles and reduces the inflammation of orchitis and arthritis.

10. Chewing them, will also help to soothe a sore throat from a cold or infection.

11. If you suffer with ear aches, you can make a betel leaf juice by pressing them and straining. This can be dropped into the ear as a natural cure.

12. This same juice can also be soaked onto bandages and applied to wounds to prevent infection and help the healing process. You can also place a leaf within the wrap.

13. They have also been shown to reduce blood sugar levels, which can help those with diabetes.

14. It has been said to help those suffering with erectile dysfunction as they work as a stimulant. This is also considered to be an aphrodisiac for women.

15. In Indonesia women use this to clean the genitals after giving birth, as it is cleansing and anti-inflammatory.

16. A compound called Eugenol in these leaves is an anti-fungal and therefore clears up fungal infections on the skin and on the genitals, such as thrush or candida overgrowth.

17. If you have a cough, you can boil around 10 leaves in 500ml of water. Allow this to boil for at least 10 minutes and then drink. This will soothe your symptoms. You may also add a little honey to sweeten if you do not like the bitter taste.

18. A delicious vodka drink can be made by infusing this with betel leaves, sliced mango and sweet potatoes for a month. This has a unique and grassy flavour which is quite refreshing.

19. You can boil betel leaves and use the water as a cleaning fluid for surfaces. The Chavicol within will destroy surface bacteria and other parasites.

20. Be sure to use young betel leaves, which are not too ripe. These work best and taste slightly less bitter.

Baking Soda Shampoo: for Hair Growth


The benefits of using baking soda on the hair and scalp, and a simple recipe to use at home.

1. Nowadays we use many different brands of shampoo and conditioners. The chemicals and fragrances in these can cause damage and hair loss.

2. By using the simple recipe in this video, you can stimulate new hair growth, and revitalise existing hair, in a completely natural way.

Recipe: You Will Need

3 Tablespoons of Baking Soda

4 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

Two small bowls or squeezy bottles.

Mix the baking soda with 9 tablespoons of warm water in the first bowl.

In the second bowl mix the apple cider vinegar with 10 tablespoons of water.

You now have a natural shampoo and conditioner!

Method:

Rinse your hair with warm water and apply the baking soda mix. Massage this into the scalp and through to the ends of your hair.

Let this sit for 3 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Then, rinse your hair with the apple cider vinegar mix. Do not get this in your eyes. 

Finally rinse your hair with cold water to seal in the moisture and smooth the hair. This will help to reduce any frizz.


3. If you repeat this every day or two, you will notice your hair becoming stronger, healthier and shinier.




4. The baking soda and apple cider, will destroy any bacteria or fungus which may be preventing proper hair follicle growth.

Baking Soda: for Mattress


The benefits of using baking soda on your mattress, and how to do this at home. 

1. Each night we go to bed, and lay on the same mattress. Over time our bodies release dead skin cells which become clogged in the mattress.

2. Particles of dirt and sweat can go through the sheets and get into the mattress. You can use baking soda to give it a fresh clean.

3. To do this simply purchase a large box of baking soda, around 200 grams. Sprinkle this over the entire mattress. Massage this into the fabric with your hands. Try to cover the entire surface that you sleep on. Leave this for 3 hours, and then use a vacuum to hoover the powder back out.

4. The baking soda will absorb sweat and moisture from the mattress, also killing bacteria and parasites.

5. It will also clear out any accumulated dust, preventing dust mites from surviving. These mites can make you itch at night if left unchecked.

6. Baking soda is brilliant for removing stains and lifting dirt particles.

7. I also recommend flipping and rotating your mattress once every 3 months. This will keep it springier for longer.

8. The great thing about baking soda is that it is completely natural, and prevents the need for chemical fabric cleaners.

Onion Skin Tea: Benefits


The health benefits of onion skin, and a recipe to use this at home. 

1. When we eat onions, we often peel them and throw away the skin. This is a mistake for the skin contains many health benefits.

2. The outer layer of skin contains a very high amount of anti-oxidants. These promote great health in the body overall, and protect you from diseases.

3. They boost your body’s natural ability to heal itself, and can even protect you from cancer.

4. The skin also contains soluble fibre, and flavonoids which promotes elasticity in your skin. This keeps you looking younger for longer, and helps to clear up acne.

Italian Sausage Sandwich Recipe



Italian Sausage  Sandwich Recipe


I remember back in Toronto Canada where I was growing up, there was a little Italian Deli store where they were making this sandwich. One of my favorites was the Italian sausage sandwich and there were others also. The Veal, steak and chicken sandwich, but by far this is the one that I ate the most of.  

Now here it is, the same delicious sandwich that I got from that out of the way deli. The Italian bun with the tomato sauce covered in parmesan cheese just goes awesome with the pan fried peppers.

Recipe; 

2 lbs/ 1 kilo -  Italian farmer sausages

4 to 5 - Italian crispy  buns

1 Lg. -  Green or red sweet pepper
2 Tbsp. - Olive oil

Parmesan cheese as needed 



Tomato Sauce

1 Can - Tomatoes diced or whole 
1 Tbsp. - White wine vinegar 
1 Tsp. - Garlic salt
1 Med,- Onion diced 
1 Tsp. - Honey 
1 Tbsp. - Olive oil
1 Tsp. - Basil
1 Tsp. - Oregano

Water as needed 
Salt and pepper to taste.


Extras

- Hot peppers
- Lettuce 
- Other cheese

Here, I like to slice the sausages in halves lengthwise because I find that the sauce penetrates it better and it becomes more juicy and tender.  It also helps it from rolling off the bun, especially when you are eating it. 

Now, if you want you can keep the sausage whole in the bun. 





I added some garlic powered, for sometimes I like to make my life a bit easier, but whole garlic works just as good. 









When the tomatoes have been broken down and are soft, then just mash it all down with a potato masher. I like doing it this way because it makes the sauce a little thicker, that sticks better to the bun and sausage. 






Now go ahead and make it your way, how about adding some red hot banana peppers?

Really, it's your sandwich, make it your way.










Now, enjoy, "bet you can not eat just one".

Stop Coughing Immediately


How to stop coughing immediately using some natural breathing exercises at home.

1. Coughing can be absolutely terrible, especially when we are trying to sleep at night. The following ancient breathing exercise will help you with this.

2. The first thing you should do is drink a cup (250ml) of hot water. Drink this as hot as you can stand it. The steam will help to lower the inflammation.

3. After you do this, blow your nose and get rid of as much mucus as possible.

4. When we cough, we exhale air at a speed of around 80 kilometres per hour. This ruins our normal breathing cycle, causing us to cough even more.

5. To stop this, begin breathing only through your nose. Learn to cough through your nose, and take long breaths for around 8-10 seconds.

6. This allows your breath to turn to carbon dioxide, and this will reduce the urge to cough again.

7. The more you do this, the easier it will become. There will be a strong urge to cough through your mouth. Be sure to resist this, and continue to breathe slowly and deeply through the nose.

8. This regulates your breathing pattern, and balances your oxygen and carbon dioxide levels.

9. Try to breath in smaller amounts of air, and breathe out deeply. The slight oxygen debt will help to calm the lungs and throat.

10. Relax. Take your time, and allow your body to settle. Do not rush the process.

11. The hot water we mentioned earlier, will help to break down sticky mucus and phlegm. 

12. Do not by any means use sugar cough remedies. These are short term fixes which will make it worse for you when you try to sleep due to the extra mucus that the sugar causes.

13. If you experience a cough for longer than 18 days or are in a lot of pain, be sure to get medical advice from a doctor.

The health benefits of taking coconut oil daily.

1. Coconut oil is one of the healthiest substances known to man and can cure a great range of infections and diseases.

2. By taking this oil on a daily basis, you can provide your body with an excellent health boost. This is also a healthier option that regular vegetable oils

Method:

Take 1 tablespoon of melted, extra virgin coconut oil in the morning to start the day.

If you don’t like eating this raw, you can add this to a cup of tea or cook with your breakfast.

3. Many people have an overgrowth of the candida fungus in the body. This often causes cravings for sugar. Coconut oil is well known for getting rid of this common problem.

Watermelon Rind: Benefits


The health benefits and uses of watermelon rinds.

1. We all love the delicious taste of watermelon, however you can also eat the rind for some extra benefits.

2. The rind is white part of the fruit, just below the shell, and above the pink flesh.

3. We often throw this away, however this has more nutrients concentrated within it, than the fruit itself.

4. This contains a very high dose of L-citruline. This amino acid helps your blood vessels to expand, helping your body to circulate blood.

5. This will help to regulate your blood pressure, and get rid of any light headedness.

6. This is a powerful anti-oxidant and will protect your body from free radical damage.

7. The fluid within the rind is packed full of nutrients such as chlorophyll which is extremely healthy for your body overall.

8. This will boost your immune system and help you fight off diseases and infections.

9. It also works well to treat urinary tract infections. Simply eat this rind of 1 watermelon each day for one week.

10. To eat the rind, you should first peel away the green shell, and blend the white flesh to a fine mixture. It contains a lot of fibre and will help your body to process foods more effectively.

5. This same process can lead to weight loss, when eaten regularly. However you should always eat a balanced diet to stay healthy.
6. Breastfeeding mothers can eat this to increase the amount of nutritious milk they produce for their babies.
7. If you are suffering with a sore throat, you can take a tablespoon and add some fenugreek seeds, lemon and honey. This will boost the immune system and sooth the pain.

Basil Seeds: for Weight Loss

The health benefits of sweet basil seeds, and how to use these for weight loss. 

1. Dieting and losing weight can be very difficult, because we always seem to find ourselves more hungry than usual.

2. Sweet basil seeds have been used for many years to aid weight loss. They do this by supressing the appetite.

3. Sweet basil seeds are also known as Sabja. These come from the Ocimum Basilicum, A herb native to Africa and other tropical countries.

4. They are loaded with many antioxidants, along with vitamin A and K.

5. The lutein contained within can also help to improve your eyesight slightly.

6. In order to use these to lose weight, reduce your regular calorie intake by 1000 calories a day for 2 weeks or more. Each day, simply mix 2 teaspoons of basil seeds with 150ml of warm water. Allow these to soak in the water for 5 minutes, and then drain the excess water out and eat the seeds.You should do this three times day, before you eat for meals. This will help to curb your appetite and make you less likely to overeat.

7. You can also add these your morning cereal if you prefer. This is a great way to start the day.

8. If you do not like the taste, you can include these in your healthy smoothies and juices that are seen in our other videos.

9. Basil seeds also contain beta carotene, zeaxanthin, potassium, manganese, copper, calcium, folates and magnesium, making them an excellent source of nutrition.

Raspberry Leaf Benefits (Tea)


The health benefits of raspberry leaves and a recipe to use these at home.

1. Raspberries are well known for their bright red color and delicious flavor, however the leaves from the plant are also very healthy.

2. These leaves contain healthy minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

3. They also contain Vitamins A. B. C and E.

4. In order to get these benefits you can make raspberry leaf tea. You can do this by harvesting leaves directly from the plant.

They taste best during the flowering season but can be used all year round.

Simply slice these thinly using a sharp knife and use 3 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. 

Allow this to infuse for at least 3 minutes, and strain to remove the leaves. 

5. This tea will help to treat those who are suffering with mouth ulcers, and bleeding gums.

6. This is also used by women to increase fertility and can be combined with peppermint for a delicious flavor.

7. Sometimes the tea may be bitter, so I recommend adding honey and other healthy fruits to balance this out.

8. Some women also use this during pregnancy to help with nausea. It’s best to use this during last 2 months of pregnancy.

9. It can also be used to treat PMS and sooth uncomfortable menstrual pain. 

10. If you suffer with low blood sugar, do not use this tea as it can further lower blood sugar levels.

11. Be sure to only use freshly picked leaves, as wilted leaves have no nutritional value.

12. You can also dehydrate the leaves using an oven or dehydrator for long term storage.
